I offer bespoke therapy, designed to meet the individual needs of the client. My therapeutic approach is holistic, together we will look at all aspects of your life and design a package of support that meets your needs. 

Emotional Freedom Technique can be used to aid with PTSD, chronic pain, insomnia, eating disorders, habit change, goal setting, and much more. The versatility of this therapeutic technique is boundless, and  it is also an extremely empowering technique as the client can be taught to use this method at home, allowing them to take control of their own journey of healing and change. Backed by two decades of studies from US Universities, this technique offers proven long-term results for a multitude of concerns.

Matrix Reimprinting is a deeper way of using the emotional freedom technique, whereby the therapist guides the client back to a memory that caused a traumatic response. Once in the memory, the client follows guided suggestions to change the way the memory plays out. The client is able to change how they reacted at the time, giving them the freedom and choice they didn't have back then. When we change the way we responded to a past incident we can remove negative emotions and the beliefs that were created as a result. This is an extremely powerful intervention, and clients have been amazed by the results.

Together we will look at your goals, and identify the blocks that are preventing you from reaching them. We will use a range of therapeutic interventions to help you become unstuck from the past, and build the habits you need to be able to reach your full potential. Our initial session will last around 2 hours, giving us enough time to really unpick where you are right now and where you want to be.

Mindfulness can be embedded into any of the other services that I offer or we can explore mindfulness on its own, unpicking the benefits and identifying ways you can live in a mindful way.

Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that can be used to go deep into one's subconscious mind. While in a state of hypnosis, you can visualize past events that still cause you pain and distress and heal them. You can visualize the future you, and identify steps that can help you be the person you want to be, free from anxiety. Hypnotherapy is a powerful way of exploring yourself and your experiences at the unconscious level, giving you a greater understanding of yourself.

Evolved from NLP and Hypnotherapy, this powerful technique can be used to release negative emotions associated with past traumatic events. We can move through our timeline of life to identify the times and places where we first experienced many things which still have an impact on our life today. As such, this powerful therapy can free you from the past, allowing you to start living your life to its full potential.
